Avocado Creme – Avocado Dip

 

Die Zutaten sind 2 Avocados, den Saft von 2 Zitronen, ein Bund Petersilie, 4 Knoblauchzehen, Salz und etwas Agaven-Sirup.

The ingredients are 2 avocados, the juice of 2 lemons, a bunch of parsley, 4 cloves of garlic, salt and agave sirup.

Die Zutaten in den Mixer geben und pürieren.

Place the ingredients into the blender and mix till creamy.

300 ml Wasser dazu geben, damit das feste Mus eine cremige Konsistenz bekommt.

Add 300 ml of Water, in order to get a yummy, creamy consistency.

Als Dip, Aufstrich sehr lecker, auch als Salat-Sauce gut!

Use as a dip, spread or for salad dressing.
