Cherry cobbler
Ingredients for cherry cobbler: 300 g frozen cherries, 1 cup tigernut flour, 1 pinch of cinnamon, 1 pinch of salt, 1 cup rice flakes, 4 tablespoons coconut fat/oil
Place the cherries in a baking dish and leave to defrost.
Make the crumble from the remaining ingredients by simply mixing everything together.
Pour the crumble over the cherries. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for half an hour (covered with aluminum foil).
Then remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 15 minutes without covering. Remove from the oven and enjoy warm. Also tastes good cold.
