We refined this fruit salad made from peeled apples, oranges, mandarins, banana, persimmon, raisins, fresh lemon juice and date pieces with warm pineapple juice and cashew crumble and really enjoyed it!
Lunch: Gluten-free pasta with vegetables and fried tofu.
In the evening – a round of deep-cool vegetables: green asparagus and sweetcorn with butter and herb salt
