Chickpea salad
First soak the chickpeas overnight. The next morning, place in a sieve and drain off the water. “Shower” the chickpeas 2 to 3 times a day. At these summer temperatures they germinate within 1.5 days – in winter it takes 2-3 days.
Next, I cooked the chickpeas with turmeric. Bring to the boil first, a lot of foam will form. Skim it off and throw it away. Then add plenty of turmeric and cook for about 45 minutes. The turmeric gives them a beautiful color.
Grate and chop the other ingredients and mix with the grapefruit dressing. Enjoy your meal!
