- 350 g cooked sweet potato
- Press 6 large garlic cloves and fry lightly
- 250 g white beans
- Juice 1 lemon
- 50 ml olive oil
- 4 pitted dates
- 1.5 teaspoon salt

- Garnish with sage leaves
