The Cytolisa test is a great help, especially in the case of long-term unclear complaints of the digestive tract or immune system

Through my work as a nutritionist and Mayr doctor for over 25 years, I have always come into contact with problems of the digestive tract, food intolerances and various test and diagnostic systems and have been working with the Cytolisa test for many years.

Initially, I was often unsettled by the angry rejection of the test by my colleagues in gastroenterology and allergology and wanted to stop the tests because of this. However, this was not possible, as there was great pressure from the patients and their environment to continue these tests because they had led to such good results.

So I stuck with it and find the test a great help, especially for patients with long-lasting, not entirely clear complaints of the digestive tract and/or the immune system. Even if the results often require radical changes in eating habits. As a Mayr doctor, I always try to use the fasting period for extensive intestinal cleansing. Most patients already notice a clear improvement in their condition if they stick to the rules.

I find the improvement in the frequent tiredness and postprandial sleep attacks (as in my own case) particularly striking, and in some cases narcolepsy attacks have disappeared. The test has helped a considerable number of people to lose weight. And in the case of irritable bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel diseases, testing is a basic measure that I find difficult to do without.
