Nutrition for rheumatism, psoriasis and the desire to have children – Tanja Diederich

Nutrition for rheumatism and psoriasis, nutrition if you want to have children, pregnancy, nutrition and hormones

Severe rheumatism, taking MTX – side effect hair loss
Tanja Diederich suffers from severe rheumatism and psoriasis. The pain in her hands and feet is so severe that Tanja takes MTX. MTX is also used in higher doses in chemotherapy for cancer treatment. Tanja Diederich suffers from two side effects in particular. Firstly, she must not become pregnant, as children are very seriously harmed by taking MTX during pregnancy. On the other hand, her hair is falling out.

Treating the disease differently
She learns about the Cytolisa nutrition program from a friend who has had positive experiences with the Cytolabor.
She knows that things can’t go on like this – “I have to do something else to treat the illness.” She decides to take the Cytolisa test. “The test result shocked me at first, but my suffering was so great that I was no longer shocked. The advice I received on the phone was very helpful in changing my diet. However, I still miss wheat, dairy products and eggs.”

“The woman of my dreams – I want to have children with you
“My gynaecologist always said I couldn’t get pregnant and shouldn’t because of the damage to the child caused by the MTX. As my uterus was full of fibroids, he wanted to remove the uterus.”
Shortly after changing her diet in January 2015, Tanja Diederich met her new boyfriend. But he would like to have children, as Tanja Diederich is the “woman of his dreams”. Unfortunately, she has to tell him that she cannot have children because of her illness. Tanja starts to feel better after changing her diet. Her rheumatic symptoms are significantly reduced – although she had already stopped taking MTX at the end of 2014 in consultation with her doctor due to poor tolerance.

Her well-being improves, the pounds tumble off
The joint pain decreases and Tanja starts to lose weight.
In the first few months, she lost 4-5 kilos and “my well-being and body sensation have improved a lot. My reflux and heartburn, which were constant companions before, have also completely disappeared.” Due to her generally better condition and her boyfriend’s desire to have children, she wonders in May 2015 whether she might be able to get pregnant after all. Three weeks later, she learns that she was already pregnant at the time. The pregnancy was unproblematic, her child was born by caesarean section and Tanja was able to breastfeed normally.

“As long as my diet is right, I lose weight straight away and my symptoms disappear
Tanja Diederich was able to eat relatively normally during her pregnancy, but then she started to put on weight again.
“When I’m stressed, I tend to eat quickly and on the side. But as long as my diet is right, I lose weight straight away.” Even today, she still hasn’t quite got used to the diet that suits her. “I miss eggs and dairy products and occasionally I have to reach for them. A few weeks ago I ate a lot of Camembert and the result was bad pain in my hands and feet and psoriasis. The pustules on my hands flared up and I even had to take cortisone again. As soon as I started paying attention to my diet again, my symptoms disappeared completely. As I am now 40 years old, I don’t want to have to take medication all the time. As a result, I am highly motivated to stick to my diet as much as possible.” Smaller exceptions are unproblematic for Tanja, “but if it gets too much, a severe bout of rheumatism comes straight away.” Tanja is still happy with her boyfriend and he supports her in looking after herself and her diet.
