Breakfast for fruit lovers
You can eat fruit salad at any time of year. In winter, it tastes delicious when the fruit is poured over with warm juice or even briefly heated in juice until cooked. Every season brings new flavors!

Nuts and seeds make the fruit salad more substantial. If you are prone to flatulence, you should eat nuts and seeds separately from fruit. The nuts become softer and change slightly in taste and consistency if you soak them overnight or for a few hours.
Raisins, dates and figs make the fruit salad sweeter. Freshly squeezed orange juice is also a great ingredient for the fruit salad, making it juicier.
Soy yogurt, goat’s or sheep’s yogurt give your fruit breakfast a protein base.
Fruit salad with avocado is filling and nourishing.
Fresh herbs such as coriander, mint or basil give the fruit salad a fresh note.
Experiment with different oils, nut oils, argan or linseed oil. Pour a few teaspoons over the fruit salad.
