Cherry cobbler with rice flakes and chestnut flour
This cobbler is vegan.

300 g
Cherries
3 heaped tablespoons
Coconut oil
1/2 cup
Rice flakes
3/4 cup
Chestnut flour
1 pinch
Salt
1 TSP
Cinnamon
Defrost the pitted cherries. Mix the rice flakes, chestnut flour, salt, cinnamon and coconut oil. Pour over the cherries. Cover the tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Remove the cover and bake for a further 15 minutes.
