Ingredients, makes about 20 balls:
100 g carrots, finely grated
250 g dates, without stone
180 g nuts, e.g. walnuts, pecan nuts, cashew nuts or macadamia nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla, ground
1/4 tsp salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp ginger, ground
4-6 tbsp nut flour, e.g. coconut flakes, almond flour, hazelnut flour, walnut flour
4 tbsp or nut butter for decoration
