Corn noodles with vegetables
The gluten-free pasta now tastes so delicious – not like it used to: slimy, floury, slippery, hard…. no – simply delicious! Hartmut cooked today: corn noodles with a vegetable sauce made from onion, bell pepper, tomato and eggplant. Top with grated feta cheese and a piece of avocado. Mmmhh, delicious!
