Vegetables with glass noodles
Sauté the onions and garlic with a pinch of salt.
Dice the fresh peppers, rinse the frozen corn and frozen asparagus under hot running water. Add to the onions and garlic and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring.
Soak the glass noodles in a bowl of boiling water for 2 minutes. Then cut into small pieces with scissors and add to the stewed vegetables.
