
Enjoy the sun’s rays
Once again, I don’t have that much in the fridge…. 2 beet and 2 sweet potatoes. I peel and dice 2 onions and fry them in hot oil with salt and curry until translucent. Then I add the diced beet and fry it, stirring constantly.
After 3 – 4 minutes I add the sweet potatoes and red lentils. The vegetable and lentil pan always needs a little water to prevent it from burning. It tastes even better the second time (i.e. the next day).
