Salad dressing with grapefruit
Add the juice of one grapefruit to the blender.
The same amount of olive oil,
3 garlic cloves,
3 spoons of herb salt and
Add a little (see picture – the light / transparent liquid at the bottom) agave syrup.
Mix everything well, about 3-4 minutes in the blender, until it is a slightly thicker, liquid dressing. The salad dressing will keep in the fridge for 5 – 7 days.
