Oven vegetables
When it’s cold in the kitchen, I particularly like to bake. The oven then warms the room and it smells so delicious.
Wash and clean the vegetables, peel if necessary and cut into pieces. Spread on a baking tray.
Brush with frying oil and herb salt.
Bake in the oven at 170 degrees. Depending on the oven, it takes between 30 and 60 minutes.
Remove from the tray and enjoy! Bon appétit!
