Lunch, light yet filling
Today Hartmut cooked the perfect lunch: light, so that I could continue working in the afternoon without slipping off my chair from tiredness and yet filling, so that I didn’t spend the whole afternoon looking for more to eat.
Young potatoes, fennel-onion-pepper vegetables – garnished with feta sheep’s cheese – and a green salad of lettuce and cucumber with a dressing of grapefruit and olive oil.
It tasted great.
