Vegetable rice with egg
Dice the onion, ginger and garlic.
Sauté the onions, garlic and ginger in the oil from the roasted sesame seeds over a medium heat for approx. 10 mins.
Dice the peppers and carrots. Add to the onions and stir.
Rinse the fresh sprouts and add to the vegetable pan.
Wash the pointed cabbage and cut into pieces. Also fold in.
The vegetables cook quickly.
Fold in the cooked rice.
Whisk the eggs and fold into the rice and vegetable pan, simmer for another 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly, so that the egg sets.
