Avocado cream – avocado dip
The ingredients are 2 avocados, the juice of 2 lemons, a bunch of parsley, 4 cloves of garlic, salt and a little agave syrup.

Place the ingredients in the blender and puree.
Place the ingredients into the blender and mix until creamy.
Add 300 ml of water to give the solid puree a creamy consistency.
Add 300 ml of water, in order to get a yummy, creamy consistency.
Very tasty as a dip or spread, also good as a salad sauce!
Use as a dip, spread or for salad dressing.
