Poppy seed mango bar
Delicious as a second breakfast or as a snack. The poppy seeds make these bars a good source of calcium.
| Quantity | Ingredients |
|---|---|
| 240 g | Honey |
| 4 TBSP. | Butter or coconut oil |
| 180 g | Millet flakes |
| 100 g | Amaranth poppies |
| 20 g | Rice poppies |
| 200 g | coarsely chopped almonds |
| 100 g | dried mango, finely diced |
| 4 TBSP. | Poppy seeds, whole |
| 1 shot | Lemon juice |
Heat the butter or coconut oil in a large pan until it is liquid. Carefully stir in the remaining ingredients. Line a baking tray with baking paper, spread the mixture evenly on it, place another sheet of baking paper on top of the bar mixture and press the dough firmly with a dough roller. Remove the top baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C fan oven for 20 minutes. Leave to cool, then cut carefully.
