Bloated belly, flatulence and swollen fingers, Ute Herrmann, Berlin

The cost of the Cytolisa test makes Ute hesitate

Ute suffers from a painful bloated stomach, flatulence and lymph congestion, which leads to thick, swollen fingers. Her doctor has been recommending the Cytolisa program to her for some time, but she is hesitant because of the cost. The symptoms get worse after a vacation. So bad that Ute is now ready to take the Cytolisa test.

“The test result was a shock
Ute already knows that some of the reactive foods don’t agree with her.
“But the variety of different foods was a shock for me. I will find it difficult to give up wine, vinegar, yeast, wheat, bananas and many convenience foods.”

When traveling and going out, it is difficult to implement the test result
Ute is often on the road, commuting between Berlin and her former hometown of Neuwied or traveling to seminars all over Germany. At home in Berlin, she is best able to implement the recommendations: “In Berlin, there are lots of shopping options and restaurants where I can find food that suits me. When I’m in Neuwied for a long time or traveling a lot, it’s sometimes not possible to implement the recommendations.”

“After a few weeks, my symptoms disappeared
Significant improvements are noticeable just two weeks after the consistent change in diet.
The bloated stomach, flatulence and lymph congestion in the fingers disappear completely. “Overall, I’ve become much fitter. Tiredness and exhaustion have become much less and my mood is also better overall.”

“You can do without gin…”
Today, four months after changing her diet, exceptions are noticeable, but as soon as Ute returns to a diet that is good for her, the symptoms disappear again immediately.
“The worst are red wine, pizza, yeast and wheat – my fingers immediately get fat and my stomach is bloated again.” Ute loves salad, but she doesn’t tolerate vinegar very well, so she got inventive: “My favorite dressing consists of olive oil, orange juice and a dash of gin, plus hot chili powder and caraway and nettle salt. It also tastes good without gin, but it makes the dressing wonderfully spicy.”
