Abdominal cramps and diarrhea – Larissa Seibold
Abdominal cramps and diarrhea are part of everyday life
The symptoms that Larissa Seibold usually experiences after eating don’t fit in at all with her motto “Live and don’t think about tomorrow” – around an hour after eating, she gets stomach cramps, feels nauseous and, unfortunately, diarrhea is also part of her everyday life. The fun-loving and humorous woman enjoys dancing, horse riding and traveling. However, her digestive problems make her feel impaired and she no longer has as much energy. Her skin also shows some problems that she didn’t have before.
“I noticed that I reacted to some foods, but I could never find out exactly which ones were responsible for my symptoms.”
A friend told her about the Cytolisa nutrition program, but the cost initially made Larissa Seibold hesitant to take the Cytolisa test. After two weeks, she decided to take advantage of the Cytolab’s help – she no longer wants to run the risk of pain, cramps or diarrhea with every meal.
Her husband doesn’t like her new cooking habits
She found it easy to change her diet immediately after the Cytolisa test, partly because she regularly cooks for herself and her husband: “The test showed me exactly which foods are good for me and which I should avoid.” But her husband didn’t like her new cooking habits at first. Larissa Seibold didn’t want to prepare different dishes, so she and her husband had to find recipes that they both liked.
Significant improvements are noticeable
After she initially implemented the test results consistently, significant improvements quickly became apparent, but she did not want to completely give up all foods that reacted: “Now I can have a small dash of milk in my coffee again, or sometimes a small piece of cheese on my plate, but I can’t have whipped cream or cream sauces at all. My body rebels immediately.”
Pain and cramps have almost completely disappeared
Larissa Seibold implements around 60-70 percent of the Cytolab’s recommendations: Less coffee, fewer peanuts, ideally no dairy products, more vegetables and fruit. “The huge advantage for me is that I can now tell exactly what suits me and what doesn’t.” Larissa Seibold has had no complaints since then, “except for things that I already know are not good for me, or if there was something in a ready meal that I can’t tolerate.” One not undesirable side effect was that her weight dropped by 3-4 kg, but that was never the main focus. “What was important to me was that the pain and cramps went away and I achieved about 95% of this goal.”
