“I could hardly walk because of the pain in my legs”

During her last pregnancy, Karin Weichmann experienced “unbelievable pain” in her legs and could hardly walk. “The doctors suspected multiple sclerosis, but fortunately this was not confirmed.” Even after the pregnancy, her pain did not improve. “My boss gave me the tip that food intolerances could also be linked to my complaints and recommended that I contact the Cytolabor. I would never have thought that my leg pain could have anything to do with my diet. And I had already changed my diet once before because I was overweight and gave up wheat – but my weight hadn’t changed at the time.”

 

Is this just wasted money or does it actually help?

“At first I was reluctant to spend the money because I didn’t know whether it would really help or whether it would just be money down the drain. As the pain was so bad and I trusted my boss, I turned to Cytolabor after all. “After 3 weeks, all the pain in my body was gone, including the leg pain, which is why I had started the whole thing. And the kilos dropped very quickly too – without feeling hungry! I didn’t even know that you could eat so much – I really ate a lot (vegetables). As I could eat as many vegetables as I wanted, the changeover was no problem for me. Just putting vegetables in front of my husband and children didn’t work, so I cooked some extra for myself.”

“My family was very supportive and said: ‘Mom, keep it up’ and it wasn’t a problem for me that they ate something different to me. I work part-time and cooked my food at home for work and took it with me. Shopping was a real challenge at the beginning because I had to look carefully at the ingredients in the food. But after shopping three times and studying the labels, I knew what was suitable and shopping went as quickly as before.”

 

“I never had the feeling of sacrifice.”

Karin Weichmann lost 9 kilos in the first month and a half of changing her diet. But when she made an exception, she noticed it immediately: “When I ate a wheat roll, I had to go to the toilet straight afterwards, it was as if my body wanted to get rid of it as quickly as possible. Sometimes my body also reacted with heartburn. On very rare occasions, I deliberately ate certain foods as an exception. As a result, the change in diet was not a struggle for me and I never felt like I was going without. The cravings for sweets, fast food or my old eating habits disappeared by giving my body what it needed.”

 

“I lost weight in the right places”

“Not only did my pain disappear when I changed my diet, but my weight also went down. When I was running, my pants even slipped down at some point… I’m now two dress sizes smaller. In total, I’ve lost 20 kilos in 7 months, and in all the right places: I lost weight on my bottom, stomach, legs and arms, but my bust remained the same size 😊. The skin on my face, legs and décolleté has also improved significantly, becoming much firmer and softer.”

“I was so scared when I had the pain during my last pregnancy and had heard various horror scenarios from the doctors, for example that I might have rheumatism or multiple sclerosis.
