Smoothie with lupin protein
Personal blender or a kitchen machine with a rotating blade to make the shake.
Lupin protein or sweet lupin powder, 1-2 frozen bananas, 1 glass of rice, oat or soy milk.
Place the frozen banana in the blender with the rice, oat or soy milk and 2 heaped tablespoons of lupin powder.
Beat in a mixer for 2 to 3 minutes until creamy and well blended.
This is a good, nutritious snack, provides plenty of protein and makes you feel full.
