Vegetable pan with beet, ginger and chard
Here are the ingredients: Ginger, beet, chard. Add frying oil and salt.
Peel and dice the ginger and beet.
Add oil and salt to the pan and fry. Always add a little water to prevent the vegetables from burning.
Add the chopped chard stalks and continue to sauté. Also add a little water if the vegetables threaten to burn.
Place the washed, plucked chard leaves on top of the vegetables and fold in. Then fry briefly.
