Quinoa pan with onions and peas. Cook the quinoa. Fry the onions in a pan and season with salt. When the onions are translucent, add the frozen peas. Once the peas are cooked, mix in the cooked quinoa. We eat our grains and raw vegetables for lunch: Cook quinoa. In a pan fry onions until glazed, add salt and frozen peas. When the peas are done, add the cooked quinoa and mix. The salad is made of spinach, red bell pepper, avocado and celery sticks with a dressing made of olive oil, grapefruit juice, garlic, salt and maple syrup.
