Apple polenta cobbler
Cobbler is a fruit casserole from the southern states of the USA. You can use various fruits, berries, peaches or plums. The crumble can also be made with different cereals. You can also use almonds or cashews instead of walnuts.

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place the apple pieces in a baking dish and mix with the cinnamon and lemon juice.
To make the crumble, knead the cooked polenta, small oat flakes, honey, salt, soft butter and cinnamon into a crumbly mixture with your hands. Chop the walnuts and fry in a pan without oil for 3-4 minutes. roast. Knead with the dough mixture.
Spread the crumble over the apple pieces. Cover and bake the cobbler at 190°C for 30 minutes. Remove the cover and bake for a further 15 minutes.
