Chicory and pear salad with mango dressing
As a side dish for 6 people

| 18 | Walnut halves |
| 6 | Chicory |
| 2 | Pears |
| 1 | fresh mango |
| 1 TBSP. | liquid honey |
| 1/2 | Lemon |
| 1 pinch | Salt |
| 4 TBSP. | Walnut oil |
Dry roast the walnut halves in a pan. Clean and wash the chicory, halve lengthwise and cut into 0.5 cm thick strips.
Peel, core and dice the pears.
For the dressing:
Mix the mango, honey, juice of ½ a lemon, salt and walnut oil in a blender or with a blending stick to make a dressing. Mix the chicory with the walnuts and pear pieces, drizzle with the dressing. Serve and enjoy straight away.
