Seeded bread

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan.

In a large bowl, combine 1 cup sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup flaxseed, 1/2 cup pecans, hazelnuts or almonds (chop nuts slightly).

Add 1.5 cups of rolled oats, 3 tablespoons of chia seeds, 3 tablespoons of psyllium husks, 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix everything well.

Add 1.5 cups of warm water and 3 tablespoons of oil. Mix everything well again. Grease a loaf tin and pour in the dough.

Place the dough in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the bread from the tin and bake for a further 30-40 minutes. The bread sounds hollow when you knock on it. Leave to cool completely, then slice and enjoy! A super great bread!

What is special about this bread is that you can change the ingredients as you like!

For example like this:

Pumpkin seeds can be used instead of sunflower seeds,

Sesame seeds can be used instead of linseed,

Hazelnuts or almonds can be used instead of pecan nuts,

Instead of oat flakes, you can use rice flakes, millet flakes or quinoa flakes,

You can use poppy seeds instead of chia seeds,

Pine nuts can be used instead of hemp seeds,

Psyllium husks must be used.
