Brussels sprouts

Clean and wash the Brussels sprouts and cook until firm to the bite.

Fry the onions and hazelnut kernels in a pan in oil with salt.

When the onions are translucent and the seeds are roasted, push everything to the edge.

Add the bite-size cooked Brussels sprouts to the pan. Mix everything together.

Up to this point, the pan is vegan. Very tasty here too.

Sprinkle the grated cheese of your choice (goat, sheep or cow) over the Brussels sprouts pan.

Bake in a hot oven for 20-30 minutes. Serve hot.
