Fruit breakfast with soaked macadamia nuts and soy sauce. Sojade is soy yogurt without citric acid. Citric acid is not made from lemons, but from the mold Aspergillus niger. It is used for preserving and is therefore contained in many preserves, juices, jams, etc. I try to avoid them as much as possible.
I soak the macadamia nuts, because then more valuable ingredients are more easily available.
In the morning: small snack with 2 corn waffles, one with smoked salmon and one with vegan liver sausage.
Late lunch with colorful quinoa, fennel-vegetable pan, macadamia nuts
In the evening, the fennel vegetables again without the rest.
