Pulling sprouts
Here I soak fenugreek seeds, alfalfa seeds and radish seeds in water for 12 hours.The seedlings start to spread after just 2 days. They need more space. So I put them in a large sieve in the sink. There I can shower the seedlings in the morning and evening, and sometimes I shower them in between if they look thirsty.again one day laterand another day later and the shoots look like this today: Tomorrow I will use them in a salad. They also taste great with hummus (chickpea spread) on a waffle, in a wrap or just on their own. MMM, as our Mrs. Fitzthum says: I could lie in there! 🙂
