Another cobbler!
These cobblers really inspire me. Because they taste good in all variations! Today I used cherries that we harvested, pitted and froze in the summer for the “base”.
I made the crumble from: 4 heaped tablespoons of corn flour, 4 heaped tablespoons of chestnut flour, 8 heaped tablespoons of rice flakes, 1 thick pinch of vanilla powder, 2 handfuls of Brazil nuts (chopped and roasted), 3 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of honey. I mixed the ingredients together and scattered them over the cherries.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for a further 15 minutes. A dream – tastes great hot or cold.
