Summer seems to be over and the desire to eat warm and hearty food in the morning is awakened again:
It was accompanied by a sprout salad with a really great sauce – the highlight for beet fans, children and the brave!
Beat a boiled potato with sunflower seed oil, lacto-fermented beet juice and salt in a blender. It becomes a thick, creamy dressing with a wild color – and tastes very good!
