A whole day
Macadamia nut cream was left over from the fig jam dessert on Sunday. So I ate them with blueberries for my first breakfast.
Also from “left-overs”, my lunch: A rice pan with chard and corn.
Leave the cooked beet to cool, peel and cut into bite-sized pieces. The dressing is amazing: pumpkin seed oil, maple syrup and tamari (wheat-free soy sauce). Super tasty!!! Really a very special dressing.
