Fig puree with macadamia nut cream
Scald the dried figs with boiling water, cut off the stalks and soak in hot water for 2 hours. Puree the soft figs in a food processor with a rotating blade. Soak the macadamia nuts for at least 2 hours, then puree into a cream. Serve and eat together.
