Citrus salad dressing
We make our salad dressing in large quantities as it keeps for several days in the fridge. The dressing tastes delicious with all salads, as a vegetable dip and also over cooked vegetables.
Squeeze the juice from the citrus fruit. Add the garlic and olive oil, salt and maple syrup. Puree everything in a blender. The long beating of the oil and garlic creates a creamy sauce.
