Vegetable waffle
A hearty, warming breakfast: grate 1 zucchini, grate 1 carrot, finely dice 1 onion. Mix the vegetables with 1 cup of rice flour, 1 cup of rice flakes, 1 pinch of salt and 1 cup of water.
Leave the dough in the fridge overnight.
Pour 1 ladle of batter into the hot, greased waffle iron, close the waffle iron and bake for approx. 10 mins. Due to the moist vegetables in the batter, the waffle has to bake longer. Never open the iron too early, otherwise the waffle will tear apart and it will be very difficult to remove the dough from the waffle iron.
Remove the waffle with the help of a wooden skewer and enjoy!
