Pumpkin seed tamari dressing
This salad dressing can also be used as a dip for vegetable sticks. She is Asian-Styrian 🙂
Mix 200 ml pumpkin seed oil with 35 ml maple syrup and 50 ml tamari (wheat-free soy sauce) in a food processor with a rotating blade until the oil combines with the tamari and a creamy sauce is formed. (approx. 2-3 min).
Pour the dressing over the salad.
