Gluten-free pasta with vegetable sauce

My favorite dish is pasta. I actually like to eat everything anyway… but mmmh, I’ll go miles for pasta. I don’t tolerate wheat very well, but luckily there are now corn noodles, rice noodles, buckwheat noodles and quinoa noodles – many of which are really delicious!!!

Here with a sauce of peppers, zucchini, onion and tomato.
