Cobbler, fruit cake from the southern states
Core the plums, peel and dice the apples. Mix with a little cinnamon. Cook millet.
Toast the rolled oats and cashew nuts in a dry pan.
Mix equal parts oat flakes, cooked millet and cashew nuts with coconut oil, season with dried orange zest. Pour over the fruit, cover and bake at 180° for 30 minutes. Remove the cover and bake for a further 20 minutes. Then eat warm. MMMMMHHH!!!
