1st day fruit and vegetable fasting
Breakfast fruit salad with kumquats, kiwi, apple, banana, raisins, orange and chia seeds.
Peel and dice the onion. Fry in plenty of oil. When they are translucent, add the chopped eggplant and stir-fry for 7-10 minutes.
Serve the onion and eggplant vegetables over the asparagus on a bed of lettuce.

Snacks between meals: Fruit.
End the fasting day in the evening with asparagus and a cup of vegetable broth (yeast-free from Erntesegen).
