Fruit & vegetable fasting
The ingredients for today’s breakfast: 1 avocado, the juice of 1 lemon, 2 apples. Dice the avocado, sprinkle with lemon juice, peel and dice the apples and mix with the avocado.
Second breakfast: Fruit plate
Lunch: half a boiled cauliflower with a little butter, served with cucumber slices and herb salt.
Snack: Fruit
In the evening, dress the other half of the cauliflower with a dressing made from the juice of 1 orange (200 ml), 100 ml olive oil, 1 clove of garlic and 35 ml tamari (wheat-free soy sauce). Mix all the ingredients in a food processor with a rotating blade for 2.5 minutes to make a dressing. And a cup of vegetable stock.
