Baked parsnips
Peel and chop 3-4 parsnips, 1 onion and some garlic and place in a casserole dish.
Season with salt and place a few sprigs of fresh thyme on top.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Remove the foil and bake for a further 20 minutes until the parsnips are cooked.
Serve hot.
