Fasting break with some protein (broad beans)
I slept longer today and woke up a bit tired. That’s why I added a small amount of egg whites for brunch. Fresh broad beans with chicory and avocado with a grapefruit dressing. The grapefruit dressing goes like this: Put the juice of one grapefruit in the blender.Then double the amount with cold-pressed olive oil, add 2 teaspoons of salt and 1 clove of garlic.
Refine with a dash of maple syrup. Blend for 2-3 minutes. Can be kept in the fridge for several days.
