Homemade nut cream
Soak 3 handfuls of raw macadamia nuts in water overnight.
3 Cut the stalks off the dried figs with scissors and soak them in water overnight.
The next morning, puree the figs with the soaking water and the nuts, also with the water, in a food processor with a rotating blade until a delicious, fine cream has formed – approx. 2-3 minutes.
The cream tastes good on its own (although it is very rich) or with fruit salad.
