Ketchup
For young and old – ketchup and mayo are a must for chips, sweet potato fries, sausages and burgers. However, “normal” ketchup contains vinegar and sugar and mayo is made from eggs. These are ingredients that are often on the banned list. Here we show you how to make ketchup and mayo with other ingredients so that they can be tolerated by many people with intolerances.

Quantity for 4 burgers
Ketchup
Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic and sauté in the sesame oil. Add the tomato puree and tomato purée and simmer over a low heat for about 10 minutes. Season the sauce with lemon juice, rice syrup and salt and puree.
