Alfalfa sprout salad
In winter, it is particularly important to eat fresh, lively food. That’s why it makes sense to use home-grown sprouts at this time of year.
Ingredients for 2 portions
1 jar of alfalfa sprouts
1 bell bell pepper
1 handful of sunflower seeds
some salad dressing
Preparation
It takes 3 to 7 days to grow the sprouts. Wash and drain the sprouts. Wash the peppers and cut into small cubes. Roast the sunflower seeds. Mix everything together and season with a salad dressing.
Eat freshly prepared.
