Beet and potato dressing
A creamy sauce that can be used as a dip or salad dressing. Children often like it because of the color and the potato and beet make it sweet.

| 1 | boiled potato |
| 200 ml | Milk fermented beet juice |
| 300 ml | cold-pressed sunflower seed oil |
| 1 | Pinch of salt |
| something | black pepper |
Peel the cooked potato. Add the beet juice and sunflower seed oil, salt and pepper. Puree in a food processor with a rotating blade until creamy.
