Beet and potato dressing

A creamy sauce that can be used as a dip or salad dressing. Children often like it because of the color and the potato and beet make it sweet.

Quantity Ingredients
1 boiled potato
200 ml Milk fermented beet juice
300 ml cold-pressed sunflower seed oil
1 Pinch of salt
something black pepper

Peel the cooked potato. Add the beet juice and sunflower seed oil, salt and pepper. Puree in a food processor with a rotating blade until creamy.
