Nut cream

Nut cream can be made from raw nuts. Macadamia nuts and cashews are best, as they become really creamy. However, you can also use almonds.

 

Quantity Ingredients
1-2 handfuls raw nuts
1-2 Dried fig
Water

Put the dried figs in a sieve and scald with boiling water. Cut off the stalk. Place the nuts and figs in a bowl and cover with water. Leave to stand overnight.

The next morning, puree the nuts, figs and water until you have a creamy mixture.
