Chard, seared

Many people who don’t normally like eating chard enjoy it when it’s spicy. It’s definitely worth a try! Maybe you’ll love it and have a new favorite dish! For 1 person:

 

Quantity Ingredients
300 g Swiss chard
1 piece Pepperoni
2 cm Ginger
1-2 pieces Garlic cloves

Finely dice the ginger, garlic and peppers.

Dice the chard stalks. Tear the chard leaves.

Fry the ginger, garlic and peppers in oil, add the chard stalks after 3 minutes, add the leaves after a further 5 minutes and then stir in. Remove from the heat and serve hot.
